What’s the next step?

I like to give you the space to decide for yourself if we are a good therapeutic match. Therefore, our first session will be a free, no commitment 30-minute consultation.

This gives you the space to learn more about me, ask any questions you have, share your truth with me and leave feeling reassured about embracing your mental health journey.

Most importantly, if you have any more questions about this or anything else on my profile, please feel free to drop me an email and ask!
